safe sound and secure homes for animals

over the years there have been massive loads of reports on animal abuse i know that when i made one the officer laughed in my face claiming that it is ok to lock animals in the car with the windows up in 92 degree weather  well i think that that is wrong and that we should step up and make a change about this animals are not humans so they dont matter i bet if that was a baby the person who owned that car would have  gotten life in jail
