Asiatic Black Bears and Sun Bears are threatened with extinction.
Only few of them are left in freedom. If Laos does not stop the bear hunts, those beautiful creatures will soon be gone forever. Please act before it is too late.

We are shocked about the fact that Asiatic Black Bears and Sun Bears are still being hunted in Laos.
Laos is a beautiful country with incredible flora and fauna but how long will this last? Asiatic Black Bears and Sun Bears are threatened with extinction.
Only few of them are left in freedom. If Laos does not stop the bear hunts, those beautiful creatures will soon be gone forever. Please act before it is too late.
We are asking you:
- Please make the bear rescue a high priority issue for Laos and stop bear hunting immediately!
- Create a law that makes bear hunting and owning, importing and consuming of bear parts (e. g. paws or bile) illegal and ensure that those who break the law are punished accordingly!
- Support the conservation of the bears%u2019 natural habitat!
- Start educational programs to teach people how important bears are and what every single person can do to protect them from going extinct!
