Stop bus tickets!

Every day, millions of people get on the stagecoach bus service. Just by getting on the bus, you get a little slip of paper.
I admit this doesn't sound much, but it adds up especially with this; the Kent Freedom Pass, enabling 11-16 year old children to get the bus for free.. Since September 2009, they have now been giving out a ticket when you use your pass, saying you have travelled for free. Why?  I get 17 a week - as I have used it throughout the year, I have rougly had 765. I'm just one school child. Then there are all the adults and OAPs buying a ticket every day or several times a week. It adds up to a ridiculous amount of paper; a complete waste of trees.
Is the bus really that eco friendly after all?
What I want this petition to do, is to urge Stagecoach to find an alternative for all bus tickets.. If you're getting a single, do you really need a slip of paper to tell you that you've got the bus? Admittedly, things like returns may be needed, but if they used recycled paper, or paper that doesn't use trees, it would be a start. But this pass that many school children have, certainly needs an alternative.
Tell Stagecoach to try and find an substitute to tickets! Even if they just make sure they use recycled paper it would be a start! It will be worth the investment, as all these tickets are breaking the machines which are costing them money and slowing their bus services.
