Stop Fishing

Imagine you saw a cookie lying on the ground, so you picked it up and took a bite. Suddenly a sharp prong slices through the roof of you mouth and out through your lip. You struggle to get it out, since you have 2 opposable thumbs. Next thing you know, your dragged up off the ground and into space where you see a strange two headed aliean with 4 opposable thumbs. He looks at you sufficating, takes a measurement of your height, talks a bit to his friends while you're gasping for air, and finally drops you off, where you hurtle through space, and are pulled back by gravity onto Earth. There there's another cookie waiting. . . . .

STOP FISHING. Just because fish don't have opposable thumbs, or are not very bright doesn't mean they can't feel pain. They have a nevous system just like you. Those fish are forced to suffer multible incisions in their mouths for the fun of another species. What's more, you usually don't even eat the fish you catch. Now lets talk about the live bait . . . . .
