Federal & State House and Senate members State

Petition for law that mandates Federal and State House and Senate members and those seeking re-election or seeking election to provide factual information on current and proposed law and the effects such pending or current law may have. Example when the health care debate was going on some used the term that government death panels would be set up while this was NOT the case. Law should provide for the immediate release of those in violation. In the case of legislation any elected person must abstain from a vote when that elected person has received $500.00 or more from any lobbyist, person or origination with monetary interest in the outcome of such a vote.
