To stop the cruel acts of chaining and confined penning of Dogs 24/7 and protection of them in all weather.
They are alive but not living ,forgotten they suffer from isolation and neglect.
They shiver in the winter and suffer on hot summer days.many will die being left out in the elements.they die from accidental hanging.often they can not get to their food or water when they have it. They are tossed aside like trash.
Statistics show an unsocialized dog suffers emotional as well as physical trauma.They are more prone to attack.Many children have been seriously injured or killed each year. How many more have to die because of dogs being mistreated.
Now is the time for owners to be held responsible and senator/Represenative held accountable in their decision to support
a24/7 ban on chaining/tethering and confined penning of dogs.
most of us are angry and sad that this behavior continues .So let our law makers know loud and clear how we as voters feel !!!!!
Remember ordinary people do extrodinary things every day to make a difference.
unseen they suffer, unheard they cry,in agony they linger, alone they die.
Dont breed or buy while so many Die!
