WHY MUCH COMPUTER WASTE; WE HAVE A SECOND CHANCE

You can see photos, in TV everywhere awful lot computerwaste; why? Fx. now all keyboards are with a wires you cannot chance; before you could just take the wire and buy new one. We cannot afford this and in my opinion the manufacturers have the ethical responsibility to do something about it.

What I suggest is:
Every computer manufacturer should educate workless people that well they know which part is entire and which is broken. So these people could build second hand computers for separate people (meaning not for any stores) which cannot afford new computer.

This should be by law in every country which have computer producers even they manufacture them often in the third countries.

THEY HAVE ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SOMETHING FOR IT AND THIS IS THE WAY IT MIGHT BENEFIT MOST THE POOR AND WORKLESS PEOPLE. THE GREEDY OF MAN IS ENOURMOUS AND THEY DON'T DO IT IF THERE IS NO LAW FOR IT.
