WE NEED MORE ANIMAL SHELTERS IN YOKOHAMA

Why should people sign = There is only one shelter in Yokohama, (Japan) and it is overflowing. Because of overcrowding the shelter has to kill the pets that cannot find an owner within a week! In 2010 there were more more than 200,000 thousand dogs and cats killed because of overcrowding in shelters.
