Demand new measures to get litter off our streets!

All it takes is one look at the sides of public roads or a walk on the beach to see that £50 fines for littering are making no difference!
We urge you to give police officers the power to issue community service orders on the spot with a ticket for littering.
We demand that ALL community service orders are concentrated on litter picking because councils don't have the man power to keep up with the rate of people dropping litter and now they have no hope of ever catching up.
It can not be left this way!

It's only a matter of time before litter wipes out our wildlife and washes out to sea, adding to the already irreversible damage to sea life.

Let's set an example to the rest of the world and aim for record low rates of litter on our streets, on our beaches and on the sides of our roads.
