Build more hospitals in rural areas

In the United States, there are a lot of hospitals and emergency rooms in big cities, but what about the rural parts of the country? There, people don't have as much access to medicine and medical practices, and so they are not as healthy as they could be. People in the rural parts of the country often don't have access to technologies like ultrasounds, MRIs, CT scans, and more. If there are more hospitals, then people will have access to such technologies, without having to drive to the nearest big city to be able to go to a hospital.
