Please help me

Hi
I lost my job 2 weeks ago and in the same day ny husband got injured at work.
he is on the wheel chair now,he had surgery ,he can't walk and can't work.
I don't know what to do.
We have 2 kids ,we need to pay rent ,water,elecricity,foo
and we lost our income.
we will get some disability income but not now and not much.
Any help culd be beneficial.
