Dear Residents,

As residents of Country Estate, we need to take a stand together against the poor management, lack of maintenance, and increase of our lot rent.
I have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney’s Office on 2/25/2021. The public record number for this complaint is WA000144598. If you want to stand up for the rights as homeowners within Country Estates, please call 1-800-282-0515 and file a complaint for yourself. Make sure you reference the complaint number listed above.
This complaint is regarding the constant increase in lot rent, as well the desperate we have for repairs. Repairs such as our roads, our sidewalks, the flooding at the front of the park, the entrance of the park, and our mail room. We pay good money to live in this community, the least they could do for us is to give us a park to be proud to call home.
I have also contacted the Bath Township Zoning inspector. I am awaiting his response on how he can help us as Bath Residents.
