To demand maximum punishment for this man (he risks 3 to 18 months prison)
for me minimum 18 months EFFECTIVE  is the  punishment he should get for this very severe act of atrocity against living creatures.  AND NO LESS THAN 18 MONTHS !!!     (= max punishment available in the justice system)
HE SHOULD NEVER HAVE THE RIGHT TO OWN ANY PET ANYMORE ( especcialy no dogs)

Man clubs to death his tree jouvanile dogs (fox terrier mix ) because he couldn't stand them barking anymore.
The neybours complayned about the barking.
He first clubbed them to death and then bound them with a nylon rope together to dump them.
