Animal torture

This 18 year old douced a puppy with gasoline and lit it on fire with a cigarette.The puppy died ! He didn't show up for court the 1st time and now his bail has been reduced. Racial bias is being claimed. He should be punished by the maximum sentence allowed by law. Race should not play any part in this case. We should demand that the law protect the human race and the animals that depend upon the human race for survival. Human torture/murder may be next.
