Stop childhood diabetes

Childhood diabetes affects 19,000 children every year, and many of these cases go undetected. Even worse, diabetes 2, which was once described as "adult diabetes," is affecting children more and more every year. This is why it is important to put diabetes testing kits at public middle and high schools throughout the nation at free cost to the children. Early detection is key and these children can then live happily without having to suffer from life-threatening complications of kidney failure, increased blood pressure, and heart disease.
