Force TV & Cable stations to give free air time for Animal Shelters/Rescues pet adoptions!

Signing this could save the lives of millions of Dogs and Cats every year. Not just by getting them adopted, generating more donations and volunteers but also getting many more pets spayed and neutered. Televison advertising will broadly reach many people educating the public on adopting, proper & responsible animal care and the great need to spay, neuter and adopt!
