stop mary summers from taking advantage of rescues

Mary Summers goes to shelters claiming to be with the rescue, Country Strong, in Ky which is legit a 401c3 dog rescue. The problem is that she is not part of the rescue. She offers to help save the rescue money by getting the dogs vetted cheap at spay/neuter clinics that only charge $50 for rescues, but after investigating her, its been brought to our attention that she has been lying to the rescues claiming that the vetting cost was $100 per dog, making her a $50 profit. We need to shut her down and make everyone aware of the low life that she is so that no other rescues get taken advantaged of. Would you please help me put a stop to this heartless woman who is making money off of rescues which are running solely on donations?
