Make puppy mills a Federal offence now

The production outside their own free will is wrong and inhamne!! Breeding should not be only for human benefit.There are thousands of animals suffering in our Atlanta shelters alone.We as dignified people need to learn to stop abandoning them. Lets not forget the places where these puppies are purchased look no different then the jail cells in animal shelters.So this means a rough start AND a rough ending for way to many animals.STOP CRUELTY NOW.
