Stop the animal shelters from killing dogs and cats !

My local animal shelter in Las Vegas wanted to remodel and upgrade So they needed to make up a reason to put down the whole shelter that was not adopted to make room for remodel
They claimed the whole shelter had Porvo virus that can be cured if you put the care and time to get the dog back on the road to recovery is
