A Woman Has Been Charged With 92 Counts of Animal Cruelty. She Can Still Own Animals One Day.

When Randolph County deputies arrived on the scene after an animal cruelty complaint, they literally had to call hazmat teams to use respirators when entering the two homes. Both houses had urine and feces piled up a foot high, and were filled with dozens of suffering cats and dogs.

The perpetrator of this abuse and neglect should not ever be allowed to own animals again.

The homes had no electricity, with all the windows and doors closed. Between the two houses, 41 dead cats were found, along with 40 living cats and 11 dogs. The animals were squeezed into such horrific and tight conditions that officers couldn't even keep track of all of the cats and dogs when they entered.

If a person has been charged with 92 counts of animal cruelty, they're unfit to own animals in the future. Randolph County Prosecutors must recommend a lifetime ban on animal ownership for the perpetrator of this tragedy!
