STOP KILLING FERAL CATS

The Animal Welfare Commission of Warren,Michigan have a program in place to trap, spay/neuter and release where they were trapped, thier colony. Their not following their program. Last year alone, the city trapped 1,780 and 1,513 were killed that's 85%. This madness needs to stop!!!!
