We do NOT need or want unrestricted, unsupervised BB gun and pellet gun use in our neighborhoods!!

Our legislature is at it again--deciding what is acceptable for all localities and unilaterally removing all restrictions by municipalities. This time it's a trifecta: BB guns and pellet guns are declassified as firearms; no parental supervision necessary and absolutely no restrictions by localities! Wow--this even better than their fireworks fiasco! Make no mistake--BB guns and pellet guns are weapons. No parental supervision? Police chiefs, city managers and city councils where are you? I thought we were trying to make our cities safer, not inviting more shooting of any kind.
