Protect Our Cats ! License Them!!

To protect cats and the public,  cats should be licensed or at the very least registered. My three dogs are licensed and must have proof of rabies vaccinations, but my cat needs nothing. I see stray cats everyday wandering the streets,and feel sad for them. Nobody has a legal duty for their welfare. Thousands of cats are put down every year. People need to be held responsible. Make it a law! License cats!!
