At the above location, the gentle and innocent pup you see in the photo was heard by locals desperately crying for help, but they left him there to starve instead. Having been neglected for over 10 days, he was found deceased from dehydration and starvation. We demand authorities immediately punish everyone involved in this animal cruelty.
