Require Foods Grown With Pesticides to be Labeled!

Agricultural pesticides can lead to many human health issues, such as infertility and cancer, both to farm workers and food consumers. They also wreak havoc on ecosystems by contaminating human drinking water, causing chemical imbalances and eutrophication in rivers and lakes, killing beneficial keystone species such as bees and earthworms, which are essential to human agriculture.

Consumers deserve to know what they are buying. Already many GMO products bear labels identifying them as such. Why do we label GMOs which might be harmful while pesticides, which are proven to be harmful by a plethora of scientific evidence shows pesticides to be harmful? All bulk foods which were sprayed with pesticides, and all packaged foods containing ingredients which were sprayed with pesticides should be required by law to identify themselves on their label!
