Maximum Prison Sentence for Charlotte's Abuser

Signing this petition shows support for maximum sentencing of 4 years in prison on the aggravated cruelty to animals felony charge.  Dr. Robert Reisman of the ASPCA stated that Charlotte, a puppy, has a "fractured skull, a fractured femur, and brain trauma resulting from blunt force impact."  

Give this abuser the maximum 4 years time in prison!
