Fight for Removal of Medical Negligence Statue of Limitations period!

I was taken off of my Immunoglobulins which gave me protection against polysaccharides bacteria and whilst I was taken off, I had gotten severely ill. As I was diagnosed with IGG Subclass 2 deficiency, it was vital I stayed on the immunoglobulins to protect me from severe chest infections. Due to the statue of limitations and being 22 years of age, I am unable to sue for negligence and harm, due to being taken off medication that was keeping me alive. I would like to remove the statue of limitations so that people can be able to pursue cases that have not affect them until later in life and be able to get what they deserve.
