Find and charge person who cruelly threw newborn puppies into river

There is a new video on Facebook.com that shows a young woman reaching down into a bucket, taking one newborn puppy out into her hand at a time, and throwing it into a river.  She does this will all five or six puppies (I can't watch it again-heartbreaking). The puppies are newborn and cannot swim, so I am sure they all drowned.  Someone (perhaps a friend of hers) shot this video and put it on Facebrook.  People are outraged!!  Please put this petition on line in your Causes section, asking people to help find her and make sure she pays for what she did to these innocent, helpless newborn puppies (I'm pretty sure they are puppies).  She is heartless.
