Abused Animals should NOT net a profit!

Shelly Meyers of Richmond Twp. owns and operates a store in the Gibralter Trade Center - Pollywood Pets. I will never forget the first time I went there. Puppies and kittens were clearly terribly sick. They are kept in cages and never walked. The animals never even get to experience a bit of human love until they are rescued from the nasty atmosphere of Pollywood pets. In the winter they have no protection from the cold. They are left over night and forced to go to the bathroom in their cages and then live in it. One puppy was sleeping in the water dish attached to his cage simply to escape the terrible conditions of the floor.
Animals are objects to them. They make money for her store. She charges the public outrageous prices. Most of the dogs ( and other animals ) are sick. Some will die. Some will have mental issues ( due to lack of human companionship and complete boredom from being caged ) Shelly Meyers needs to be stopped. The state may turn a blind eye, but that does not mean the state is right. She must be stopped! Do not let innocent animals suffer at her hand anymore!
