Dogs are miss-treated, abused, neglected and dumped. They can suffer by the hands that are suppose to love them. We took away there free wild home so it's OUR responsibility to ensure there wel being. Bringing in licences can STOP certain people from owning certain or all breeds. Certain breeds would need special licences (depending on your life style and personality) Meaning prison centances and hefty fines pluss criminal records Without these. Without this licence they CANNOT own a dog. To hold a licence you MUST take simply tests on there needs, there breed's history and requirements. This would also help you discover the perfect breed for you And trainning tips and health tips. The money for the licence could go towards animal shelters and prosecuting animal abusers. For this to work I'm also setting up a petition for breeders to own special breeding licences, putting an end to puppy farms and enforcing a massive jail centence. the breeders would have regular checks and rules to follow. Reducing pups being born and neglected. Meaning less dogs in shelters and being destroyed! This is my hope. please help it happen.
