S.O.L.D. Save Our Lovely Dogs

To encourage the Hastings District Council Animal Control Department to improve the harsh conditions at the Hastings Pound and create and implement a policy with a strong focus on re-homing more dogs, as currently too many are being euthanized. An extension of the grace period by a further 14 Days would enable this policy to be more effective.
