EC: Stop all payments to Romania for killing stray dogs, this has to be stopped first!

Dogs are killed in all kinds of cruel ways, beaten to death, drowned, burnt, choked, hung, intoxicated, shot, cut down with knives and in other horrible ways we can´t even think of!
And the other countries in the EC, like Germany, even pay money to Romania...
