Fair wages for carers

Working in a care home at minimum wage is not on. I could stack shelf's at my local super market for the same rate of pay. There I would not have to do personal/intimate care. Dealing with vomit/urine/ faeces. Nor would have I have to intimately deal with mental disorders that I'm not trained to do so. It is a highly stressful job with minimal training and it is yet to worsen as the population grows older. A solution is to pay the staff that look after us more rewarding and offer more training to every member of staff to ensure WE all are look after at old age.
