NIH: Stop Experimenting On Animals NOW!!!

Back in 2020, news came out that a vaccine developed by the National Institute of Health in the USA were to skip the animal testing stage of a potential new COVID-19 vaccine. That was great news, but the NIH still continues to conduct cruel and horrific experiments on animals. At NIH, monkeys' skulls are cut open and parts of their brains are suctioned out or burned. The NIH tortures and abuses hundreds of thousands of animals, including dogs, rats, mice and, of course, monkeys, along with other species. Much of this abuse is pointless; it does not advance human medicine. What point is there to torturing monkeys by cutting open their skulls and suctioning out or burning their brains?
