Stop Department of works and pensions sanctions

If a person is sanctioned from not receiving benefits they do not receive payments for a week, two weeks or more or until the Department of Works and Pensions, or "The Bru" fix whatever the sanction was imposed for. If he or she claim for their family then this whole family suffer the sanction.

If you are single, claim for yourself and are homeless, the sanction can go on for months.

In both cases it means there is no money for bills, clothing, school money for kids and in every case, no food until the sanction is lifted. In this day and age people and families going hungry because of government imposed sanctions on benefits is just wrong. Sign the petition to stop this now.
