Mueller investigation reparations and accountability

The Mueller investigation has cost the US public upwards of 25 million dollars. As a taxpayer who recognized the obvious witch-hunt for what it was. I am seeking a law on the books that politicians who call for investigation with either no evidence at all or fabricated evidence be held accountable. Reparations made directly back to the federal budget from which the money from which the money to fund any aspect of the investigation. These reparations are to come directly from the accuser in the form of fines and or garnishment from wages and or pensions.
