Direct Support On The Raising

My issue is people who work in Direct Support Care, Home Health Aide or Patient Care Assistant are not getting paid enough to be able to support there own families or self. And by this low wage there is a huge turn over rate and people may have to get 2 or 3 jobs just to make ends meet. Direct Support Care, Home Health Aides and Patient Care Assistant need a better wage.
