Create more Marine Sanctuaries

Commercial whaling was banned by the IWC, International Whaling Commission, in 1986.
The international whaling commission allows Japan to hunt whales with the purpose of scientific research, aboriginal substance and objection or reservation.
Icelandic government announced that they would allow up to 2.000 whales to be killed in the next five years.
Norway tries to claim that whaling is ̈suitanable ̈ and must be carried out because ̈Whales eat too many fish ̈.

A Marine Sanctuary is a general type of marine protected area.
This is a section of the ocean where a government has placed
limits on human activity. Sanctuary waters may provide a secure
    habitat for endangered species.

We believe that we need more protected ocean areas to save the whales that are in danger all over this countries.
