Premier of Victoria Daniel Andrews please permanently ban all Puppy farms in Victoria due to the notorious barbaric animal cruelty by owners only out to make a fast buck (Money) from over breeding with these poor cruelly abused dogs. The animal cruelty found in puppy farms are as listed:
Inappropriate confinement of dogs.
Overcrowding of dogs.
Failing to provide adequate environmental enrichment and socialization.
Failing to provide proper and sufficient food.
Failing to provide adequate grooming likely resulting in unreasonable pain and suffering.
Failing to provide veterinary or other appropriate attention or treatment resulting in the death or serious disablement of some dogs.
These puppy farm owners more often then not do NOT care for the well being of these innocent dogs because they fail to comply with legal notices to do some thing about about the inhumane cruel and barbaric treatment of these poor badly and cruelly abused dogs and puppies. PLEASE TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY AND PERMANENETLY BAN ALL PUPPY FARMING IN VICTORIA Thank you.
