Save Our Oceans

The issue of plastic in our oceans has been a problem for a while. People not listening too all of the constant articles and news stations saying to recycle and use alternatives. I am here to make a change to inspire other to also make a change. This petition is to raise the fine for littering and make the law around it stricter.
