this is beyond cruel . they are taking live dogs, shoving a huge hook through their upper lip and using them as bait for shark fishing.

 Dear President,  


 there should be a stop to this immediately.  If nothing else , we'll go to where it you'll feel it, bad for tourism which means $$$$ It is such a disgusting practice  I can't believe you let it continue.
