Let congress know that it is inhumane to kill an animal in hibernation

I just learned that the congress OK'd the killing of mother bears while hibernating and mother wolves while denning, the trapping of animals with cruel steel jawed leghold traps, luring bears with food to get a better shot, and scouting for bears from an airplane. All of these things are inhumane and above all there is no reason ever to kill any mother animal with babies. please join me in persuading President Trump no to sign bill R.S. 69
