Start an evening escort through the 395 closure

    The two lanes have been clear on 395 by Mono Lake for over a week. Residents who live past this closure have suffered enough being trapped in and away from their homes for over three weeks. Caltrans has two employees all night stopping people from driving the clear road they could at least have a pilot car in the evening when they finish working at 6:30.
