Ban TV ads for any drugs carrying an FDA black box warning

Television advertisement of tobacco products and liquors are illegal as they are potentially dangerous. What about pharmaceutical drugs that carry the FDA's black box warning which states that they are associated with serious and even life-threatening risks? People should not be coerced into asking their doctors for dangerous and often unnecessary drugs at the behest of cute commercials. Leave the diagnoses to the doctors and get these commercials OFF THE AIR!
