ban use of leafblowers

The use of leaf blowers is an assault on all rights to peace and quite, not just on weekdays but particularly on Sundays when people want a little peace and quiet.
Leaf blowers have been linked to producing poor health by polluting the air and causing hearing problems. I urge all citizens to support the ban against these nuisance machines in this state as has been done in several California suburbs.
