Urge authorities to hunt down perpetrator that chopped off Can's ears & abandoned the puppy to die

Near the western Turkish province of Bursa this poor, abandoned puppy was discovered by a group of construction workers who were shocked to find the pooch bleeding profusely from the ears, but having now undergone reconstructive surgery is expected to make a full recovery. Pepetrator is still at large. Punish him!
