Urge Botswana to test the water causing mass die off of Botswana's elephants!

At least 350 elephants have died in Botswana's Delta region. They seem to have neurological damage after drinking the water at many watering sites where the carcasses have been found. How many more elephants need to die needlessly when all it may take is testing the water they drink and doing something about replacing it! Elephants of both sexes and ages are dying in big numbers. Still no tests. Why not?
