Emma Bunton's sweet dog, Phoebe, is the latest casualty on the railway tracks. Another family going through hell. Please kindly continue to share this petition and spread the word. We have to stop our dogs being killed on walks in our parks due to inadequate, or lack of, fencing. Children's lives could also be at risk. Thank you. x God bless Phoebe and her family.
