Disaster preparation awareness and Animal Shelter holding time extension in Japan

We apologize that we have closed this petition because we've learned that our purpose has been misunderstood and we do not wish to cause any problem for the people in Japan right now to help save animals/people. To avoid any more confusion that leads to possible harm, we decided to take this down.  Thank you for people who took time to sign this petition and we are sorry for the trouble.
