Stop irresponsible horse breeding in Alberta

Currently there are three horses to every man woman and child in Alberta alone the AQHA condones the praa of irresponsible breeding but there are people out there who think that a foal or colt is so cute and we could make money off....... the opoint is go to a horse auction if you really want to se abuse of breeding oput of control
